Ms. Meier has over 18 years
experience implementing computer and communications systems and developing computers as
management tools. For the past 12 years, she focused on implementing Air Force data
communications and computer systems in the areas of requirements definition,
specifications development, acquisition management, integrated logistics support, and
testing.

applications as tools to manage resources, analyze problems, and evaluate status.
Prior to the Air Force, her work emphasized use of computers as manufacturing controls and
applying them as management and analysis tools in industrial marketing. |
Though founded in March 1997, the company has a great deal
of experience behind it. Prior to TEAM, Ms. Meier served as deputy
manager of Montgomery operations for SenCom Corporation. During her tenure, SenCom
boasted phenomenal growth and developed a reputation for excellence in Montgomery.
As deputy, Ms. Meier developed and implemented the Central
Region Marketing Strategy and was key in establishing business generating over $3 million
per year in the Montgomery area. She's on her way to repeating that outstanding
performance for TEAM.
Highlights of recent Federal experience include:
- Leading the initial contractor effort to develop the first
Interactive Customer Support Facility providing remote Unix systems and Oracle database
management for the SSG.
- Recruiting and initially managing SenCom's Year 2000
Software Assessment Team which primarily supports the Air Force.
- Assembling an Integrated Document Management team, who used
leading edge document archiving and on-line library tools to archive program management
records and build LAN-based libraries for the Air Force.
- Leading a team that specified, procured and installed a 25
user Windows NT LAN.
- Leading two teams of contractors supporting the
Consolidation of ADP Operations and Design Centers under DMRD 924 and DMRD 918.
